For two common problems encountered during jack use, the following solutions are recommended:

Jumping of the Lifting Sleeve-If the lifting sleeve is stuck and cannot operate normally, try gently tapping the side of the sleeve with a safety hammer or similar tool to release any slight mechanical obstruction.

Causes of Sticking-Stuck under no-load condition-The sleeve and structure are fitted tightly at the factory, which is normal and designed to ensure stability and safety during use. After several normal uses, the mating surfaces will gradually break in, and operation will become smoother.

Stuck during use-Check if the jack is placed on a flat, solid surface. Uneven ground or tilted placement may cause uneven force distribution, leading to sleeve sticking. Please ensure the jack is placed stably before operation.
