The Advwin adjustable kettlebell replaces a full rack of fixed bells with one compact unit. Twist the handle, choose from 2, 5, 8, 11, 14, 17 or 20 kg, lift when you hear the click — the plates you are not using stay neatly in the base.
Built around a die-cast aluminium handle and an ABS shell that absorbs impact, it is comfortable in the hand, quieter on the floor and stable when you put it down. Use it for swings, goblet squats, deadlifts, rows, presses, halos and Turkish get-ups, and progress from warm-up weight to power weight without clearing floor space for seven separate bells.
