Should your product prove defective within the specified warranty period, we are happy to offer an exchange for you if the product that you received is defective due to manufacturer flaws.

Undamaged products may be returned for a refund for any reason within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. Once the returned item arrives back in advwin's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin. Refunds are provided as a credit card refund, or  original method of payment refund.

● For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs

● Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

Return Procedure

1. Please send email to help@advwin.com.au, explaining why you want to return the products.( Provide us with related videos or photos if you think it is an unsatisfactory product.)We will review the request.
2. If the request is approved, We'll let the express to pick up the items.You can also ship the items to 103 ASSEMBLY DR DANDENONG SOUTH VIC 3175.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in 2 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take 5-7 business days from the bank.

If it is due to the quality of our products or delivery problems caused by the return, we will bear the cost of logistics.Beyond that,you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. There is no restocking fee for your return.
